We want you to love everything you purchase from Kefi Concept Store, so we understand that you might need to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you would like to make a return, we ask you to get back to us with this decision within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returns
Returns can be made in person at our store. Alternatively, if you wish to return your order by post, please contact us via email first, and we will provide you with all the necessary details and instructions for the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When posting your item back, please send us proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
